FAQ
I. What's the process after I book a session with you?
We will plan the best date and time for your session. I will then send you a contract and invoice to be paid in full 24 hours before session. I will also send you a location pin of the precise spot we will be having your session after your payment.
II. Do you only shoot outdoors?
Not always, but preferred! Your photographs will have striking backgrounds and breathtaking skies with the natural lighting. Our session will always be about 90 minutes before the sun sets. If the weather permits and is a cloudy day, we may be able to have the session earlier in the day.
III. We want to include our dog into the photos, is that okay?
Yes, of course! Please let me know ahead of time and we can definitely get some great shots with your furry family member!
IV. How long does it take to recieve the photos after the session and how will those be delivered?
With the package you have chosen and paid for, you will receive those number of handcrafted, high resolution digital images and they will be delivered to you via email within 15 business days from your session date. (But, if you're in a rush to receive them even quicker, there are options to Add-On a rush fee.) You will have a personal (password protected) online gallery in which you will be able to download, share, and even order the best quality prints.
V. What kind of gear do you use?
My equipment involves a professional camera with an assortment of lenses. My equipment also involves the software programs I use to handcraft all of the digital images I then hand pick and deliver to you through a professional service with your gallery.
There is also a print shop within your personalized gallery with all your images inside, ready for proof and purchase online!
VI. Do I have to order prints through you?
My gallery website has a great store where you can order straight from your online gallery! There are quality prints, canvases, bamboo panels, frames, and greeting cards for every occasion! Every package comes with a print release so you can have your prints made whenever (and where ever) you're ready.
(But when you order from the print store within your gallery, I will have already given you a special promo code in your delivery email from your session. Yay!)
